As we near the end of 2019 we decided to make some changes to how our site looks. We were not making the impact we had wanted for the past three years. Currently as it stands the site is click baity. This means too many clicks that most point to the same page or it wasn’t very appealing to the eyes. The object is to show the product on a single manageable page or change how the images appear on many pages under the same collection. We also felt like there wasn’t much going on the page so we are adding images on banners that will help identify the purpose of the link to other pages.
A few changes also include how we categorize the products. By doing this we can streamline the collections by the type of work that is involved, ie. Wire wrap or chain maille, etc. With this in mind you can browse by category versus by type which right now is earrings, rings, pendants, etc.
We expect the new look to be welcoming and easier to navigate not only on the PC but on mobile as well. Launch of the new format will be soon.
